Static-X fue formado en [1994]] de las cenizas de la anterior banda de

Wayne Static y Ken Jay, Deep Blue Dream. Después de buscar integrantes en Chicago, Static y Jay decidieron ir a Los Angeles para continuar su búsqueda. ahí conocieron a Tony Campos y Koichi Fukuda, completando la formación original. Static-X firmo Warner Brothers Records en 1998.

El album debut de la banda, Wisconsin Death Trip, fue lanzado el 23 de marzo de 1999. Canciones notables del album incluyen "Push It", "I'm With Stupid (He's a Loser)", "Bled For Days", y "Fix." Las fechas hechas para promocionar el disco incluyeron dos Ozzfest. El siguiente año salió el no muy conocido EP The Death Trip Continues, y contribuyeron con la canción "Otsegolation" para el video juego de PlayStation Omega Boost.

Después de grabar su siguiente album Machine, el guitarrista Koichi Fukuda dejó la banda para pasar tiempo con su familia y ver otras oportunidades musicales. Tripp Eisen, anteriormente de Dope, llegó como como reemplazo de Fukuda. Machine fue lanzado el 22 de mayo, 2001.

Static-X rápidamente comenzó a trabajar en su tercer album Shadow Zone, este vez con Eisen tocando y componiendo en el album. Antes de que empezaran a grabar, Ken Jay dejó la banda debido a "diferencias políticas." Josh Freese de A Perfect Circle toco la batería en el album, y Nick Oshiro, anteriormente de Seether, fue después seleccionado como el reemplazo de Jay. Shadow Zone fue lanzado el 7 de Octubre del 2003, y en julio del 2004 se lanzo Beneath... Between... Beyond..., una colección de rarezas y demos. Un poco después ese mismo año, Wayne Skinny Puppy Use Less. fue invitado a cantar en la canción de

Después del lanzamiento de Beneath... Between... Beyond..., la banda comenzó a trabajar en su cuarto album de estudio, Start a War. En febrero de 2005, Tripp Eisen fue arrestado en medio de un escandalo sexual que involucraba menores, y fue echado de Static x no mucho tiempo después. El anterior guitarrista Koichi Fukuda, que estuvo mezclando el nuevo album, volvió a Static x para llenar la vacante dejada por Eisen. Start a War fue lanzado el 14 de junio del 2005.

Luego se anuncio el lanzamiento de su sexto album para el 3 de abril del 2007 que estara compuesto de 11 canciones que ya fueron lanzadas y escritas en la pagina Myspace con el titulo de Cannibal.

Mushroomhead

Mushroomhead es una banda de 8 miembros de Cleveland (Ohio). Fue formado en 1993, siendo influenciados por Fear Factory, la banda de musica puede ser escrita como una banda ecleptica utilizando sonidos como Musica Alternativa, Nu Metal, Hip Hop e influencias de Metal Industrial. Los varios miembros de Mushroomhead se han identificado por cada uno adoptando mascaras o los fingimientos faciales así como los individuales seudónimos. Mushroomhead se identifica fácilmente por su “Cara de X” distinta del logotipo - normalmente llevado audazmente en las máscaras de la mayoría de los miembros, así como vistiendo y asociando la mercancía.

A partir de abril de 2006, Mushroomhead ha completado la grabación que sigue a 2003 's "XIII " - el nuevo álbum, tituló "Savior Sorrow" que será lanzado en Estados Unidos el 19 de septiembre del 2006, el album sdera relanzado por la discografía Megaforce Records. la reciente alianza con Megaforce Records también asegurara un descargo internacional para el nuevo album.

El 6 de junio de 2006, Mushroomhead lanzó / MushroomKombat - un interactivo flash el rasgo como una parte de la banda / el website oficial.
